About Southampton Swim School

Having worked as a swimming teacher for well over 10 years, Gemma Dixon decided to set up a swim school with a difference.

Southampton Swim School is dedicated to teaching babies, children and adults to swim and enjoy the water.

We have classes for all ages and ability including the water phobic right through to technique refining and development. Based on many years of experience, the swim school has developed a tried and tested unique teaching system that makes learning to swim easier and safer whilst teaching excellent swimming technique to all of our learners, whatever your age!

Southampton Swim School only teaches at small private pools so that the lessons are conducted in quiet surroundings, allowing any learner the peace to think and relax, which always leads to greater concentration, water confidence and enjoyment.

We believe in keeping our class sizes small and our lessons affordable, giving everyone the best opportunity to learn to swim.
